"This office goes out of their way to be rude to people when asked to simple email proof that an account is with in the guide lines of a company. They refused to send documentation stating what was needed and was very argumentative to the point of arguing with 3 employees instead of handling the issue at hand. And when they thought we could not hear them talked about the business and how they have never heard of such a thing in there & years of being in the business oh i have and idea to fix this and " we will see if my boss believes her or me " that was not the way to handle it at all.
